Had a friend of mine stop in Sam's today and she bought country style pork ribs instead of pork butt. Says that the butcher told her it was basically the same thing. How do you guys recommend that I cook these. Looks to be about 8 good size ribs in the package. (5.37 lbs total) Please keep in mind that I will be cooking on my Smokette with the Hickory wood I received. Thanks alot.
