County Line Sausage

Does anyone know what kind of sausage is used at the County Line BBQ in Austin? It's a long shot but I thought I throw it out there.

I'd call them and ask them.

Lots of folks don't mind supporting their suppliers.

Well that would have been too simple. I called and they said their sausage was made specially for them and I could buy it from them but they weren't turning loose of any information outside of that. Oh well...I'll keep trying.
