Been working on this for a little while and finally got it where I like it. Hope you enjoy!!

ingredients:
6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1pkg. powdered Italian dressing mix
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 8oz. tub of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup prepared Ranch dressing
1 8oz. pkg. pasta (your prefrence)

Begin by brining chicken in your favorite brine in refrigerator for 40 min. or up to 3hrs.
Remove chicken from brine and rinse thoroughly...pat dry...and rub chicken with dressing mix...(you may need two packages depending on strong you want it)
Place chicken in smoker set at 225 with 1/2oz. piece of hickory, and smoke until internal temp reaches 165. (about 40min.)
Meanwhile, put the soup, cream cheese, and ranch dressing in a saucepan over med. heat and stir occasionally until cream cheese is melted..once cheese is melted reduce heat to simmer.
Once the chicken is done...combine sauce with cooked pasta and cover with chicken breasts.
At this point you are ready to eat....
You can place in a crock pot and take with you...
Or you can place pasta and sauce in baking dish,
top with chicken, sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese has melted....Hope you enjoy!!!
