Hey all,
Just returned from an eastern caribbean cruise 7 days with all you can eat! Visited a spice shop in Tortola where I bought a rib rub that has garlic as the first ingre. Can't wait to try it out next weekend. On the ship they had a steak n rib cookout one evening. Steaks were awesome but man they need to learn how to do ribs! I imagine they simply baked them then reheated on the grill to put the grill marks on them.Tough has a new description! They sure couldn't smoke them to feed 2000 overeaters! I did miss a good Q but now I'm home, thawed out my last pulled pork and made me a plate last night! MMMMMMM!
