Can anyone tell me what the biggest brisket load that they have done in there 50 is? I maybe doing a cook for a large crowd soon.

Think about not blocking some airflow around the sides.
Think about the shape,thick,etc and how you can wad it in.
It will shrink 50%,and you can trim weird edges.
Touching,shifting,moving are all allowed.
It ain't "brain surgery".
I'd be surprised,if someone didn't find a way to trim up 50 lbs to fit.
