Had my FEC lyeing down in the back of my pickup when it started raining. Pellets turned into mush After a couple of days when I had the time to give it my attention, they had started to harden.

Called CS and got Tony's voice mail. Cussed a couple of times and thought this isn't gettin done today. Boom!! 10 min the phone rings. Tony tells me what to do. 10 min later the auger is turning

Thanks Tony

I had already cleaned out the hopper and could see the top of the auger. Tony said to take a long screwdriver amd from the inside, above the chute, poke the screwdriver around the auger to kind of loosen up the old pellets. Do this till the auger would turn, and then keep the auger going till all the junk got out of there. Of course the elec was off while I was pokin around. I would then turn the juice on to see if the auger would turn, Took three times.
