I've heard many people in here with problems with there smokers who are referred to customer service. I've never heard any complaints about the service. Has anyone ever had a bad experience? We've been delighted with our smokers and luckily have had no problems.

I want to thank customer service for helping everyone who has used them. It seems like they go the extra mile!

CS method, is for them to handle all issue one on one, that's why Customer Service doesn't monitor the forum, they want you to call them.

I don't think it's a lot of problems with the smokers...I think it's the nature of forums and the internets that we talk about everything.

I say I haven't heard one bad experience about CS Customer Service. If I did, I'd just tell them to call the President, Stuart because he would want to know personally.
