I just wanted to share my experiences with everyone here regarding my FEC-100 and the folks at Cookshack. I personally believe they are a company with some growing pains (which can be a good thing with the economy) as they expand their product line, increase sales and try to operate "Lean".

I have had a few problems that did not seem to get addressed correctly. I worked with Cookshack customer service and ultimately dealt with Stuart. He listened to me and worked out a plan to my satisfaction. It is rare today, that you reach a company in which every employee who answers the phone is warm and friendly like those at Cookshack. I think the company that I work for, could learn a few things from them starting with me.

I'll bet Cookshack has little employee turnover.
