Dakotah sausage stuffer

Has anyone out there had experience with the Dakotah sausage stuffer? It sounds almost too good to be true-reasonable price, water pressure to push the plunger, both hands free.

Would love to hear a review also. Ebay has them new occasionally. 60-80 bones Cheap!! I have a well with a max prex of 50psi on a good day. Dont know if it would work for me.
