After my first use during cleaning, sliced meat from my own digit. The meat did not fall off the bone, but am wondering what others have done to deburr sharp edges?
Don't know what model you are cleaning, but with my SM066 I use a damp rag after every smoke, and I have never run into a sharp edge or burr that caused me harm. If it is a stainless steel surface, you should be able to scrape, sand, grind, or file sharp edges without worrying about the finish. Don't do that with chrome.
