Hi all,

Decided to step it up a notch and attend the Fast Eddy's cooking class the first week of December in Ponca City. Wanted to start this thread to see who else might be attending and get to know you all before the class... Or if anyone has attended one in the past, do you have an pointers to get ready for the class..

Like Smokin' says,the folks you meet from around the country are an important part.
It is as much an interactive workshop,with everyone sharing their personal tips,as Eddy,Smokin', and all teaching.

CS doesn't do this as a "moneymaker",but as a service to the clients from around the country.

You will receive much more than you anticipate,and then the networking continues for years to come.
Still digesting all the incredible information (and food) from the just completed class. The CS staff were superb. Well organized, friendly and supportive. Dave Boustra (sp) and Fast Eddy were remarkable instructors who gave everything they had to the course. If they held any secrets back, I sure didn't notice. I am more energized than ever to get the new cooking season underway. I know that my entries will be better than ever.

Couldn't agree more. Looking forward to next year's competitions even more than I already was. Cool
