Trying to check out my digital probe. I read it should be 32˚ in ice water. Mine only goes down to 36˚ and is staying there in a cup with ice and water, so I tried the non digital probe. It says 28˚ I guess they are not that accurate either. Go figure my normal rotten luck.
Is there any way to adjust a digital tempature probe?
