Haywood,the Rib Doctor, from Ca and our own drbbq competed with the amatuer team in another round of Chris Lilly's Iron Chefs of Barbecue.
It was at MIM and the pundits guessed it could be whole hog,shoulder ,or ribs.
The organizers crossed them up with chicken and turkey in eight hrs.
Ray won again,which I believe gives him the top scores going into the next round.
