A few weeks ago, I had wings as an appetizer for a cooking class I was doing. Had to make about 75-80 wings. While I was trying to figure out how I wanted to cook them in my FEC 100, I thought about the FEC rib racks I have. The racks worked great. Got forty easily on each rack and probably could have gotten more. That is if you have an FEC 100.

Update - I did buy the gadget from Chef's and tried it (results in another post). They emailed me asking for reviews, which I wrote and posted to their site. I gave the chicken rack a thumbs down because of the 10 legs I put on there, 3 of them fell off during the cook and I had a hard time getting them on in the first place.

Well, today I get a call from Chef's thanking me for the reviews and apologizing that the chicken rack did not work as advertised, and they credited my account!! Woo hoo!
