Early run, 1st bird ever!

1st Turkey anyway. I have had my smokette for about 1 1/2 years now, been smoken the old fashioned way for decades (charcoal). Since buying my electric have been very happy, makes smoken almost to easy. I used your Turkey 101 and did a test bird today. 15 percent enhanced cheapy so I brined 24 hours, and followed the rest of your advice, THANK YOU---WOW! Turned out great, I couldn't have expected this good a results!! Best Turkey I ever ett!!!

Glad you did a test run, you just never want to find out the surprises that sometimes happen.
