I hope everyone had a great Easter.

I have to tell you about my first Easter ham in the Cookshack, best ham ever!

I bought a 11 pound pre-cooked bone-in ham, and scored the bottom half of the ham, then a used a mixture of:

1/2 cup Clover Honey
2 teaspoons of Ground cloves (or to taste)
1/4 Apple juice

I put this all over the ham, and put the ham in a shallow roasting pan and poured about 6 ounces of apple juice in the pan. Put it in the C/S, 180 degrees with 2 pieces of Apple wood, let it cook over night for 12 hours. The meat was so moist and it fell apart when we carved it for the table! Served it with homemade Hawaiian Sweet Bread, scalloped potatoes, green salad, fresh corn, fresh fruit salad. Can't beat it!
