I have an SM360 and was wondering how to Enhance the smoke. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I suggest perhaps you let everyone know exactly what you are smoking, weight of meat in smoker and how much wood and what type of wood you are using, temps and any step programs you might be using. i.e. some examples. Does your wood currently when finished look like all ash, or is it like a piece of charcoal?
There is always the 'Amazing' tube product filled with pellets that helps add extra smoke to your smoker.
