I am better known as Grumpy or Grumpy Hawsfli(Horsefly). Have been Q'n seriously 5 years. Own a Joe Smoker 410. This is a CS wannabe the mfg of which has gone BK. Use it inside a bbq concession trailer in Stevensville, Montana known as Grumpy's Barbecue. Also own 2 WSM's, two Magnum WSMs, a pig roaster, an antique Kamoto, and two Weber Kettles. We started competition cooking 4 years ago. After a long hard learning curve this year we took Reserve Champion in Montana and two weeks later Reserve Champion in Idaho. All of this horn tooting only means maybe we are learning to cook Q. The CS equipment, recipes, and principals make producing good bbq easier and the sleep sure is nice.
