Fast Eddy Cooking Class

Call today to register for the Spring Fast Eddy's Cooking Class, May 6, Ponca City, OK. We've lined up two great instructors for you: Ed "Fast Eddy" Maurin and Paul Schatte of Head Country Food Products. This class is for anyone interested in competition cooking, restaurants or catering.
The cost is $200 per person, which can be used towards the purchase of a new smoker. Call me at 1-800-423-0698 with a credit card number to reserve your place in the class. Class is limited to 20 participants.

Most of the folks that came by plane flew into Wichita. A couple flew into Oklahoma City.

I am signed up for the class, I am coming from Wichita, and would be more than happy to give anyone who needs a ride, a ride. we are about 1.5 hours tops from wichita airport to Ponca. Just let me know if I need to give anyone a lift

I will be heading out Wednesday before class to drive down from east central Iowa. If it looks like bad weather Ill drive the truck. But if it looks like good weather... Ill be on the Harley!

What are the times for the class on the 6th? Where does everyone usually stay while they are in town? Is it possible a guided tour of both Cookshack and Head County while in town?

No, I was not at the last one. It is not certain whether we are going yet. I am trying to find out a little more info plus we will have to try and get rid of our entry to Huntsville for the same weekend.

It didn't, but if Paul is going to teach a class for a group of pellet cookers, don't you think he ought to have to try it out himself? Related, I'd say attendence ought to jump after Head Country II won Stillwater this weekend.

Most everyone stayed at the Fairfield Inn. We toured the Cookshack facility. A Head Country tour would have been awesome as well.

The class is well worth it to attend.

My mind was thinking of the wrong Paul. I was thinking of Paul Kirk and not Paul of HC.

I agree with you on the pellet question since Paul is a logburner. I emailed Eddy asking the format of the class between himself and Paul. Have not hear back from him yet.

Just to give fair warning the gang will be coming out to big sky country for this one. We will have the pretty one there to keep us in line. I hope we can get Tom to behave. He gets alittle funny when he drinks...(KoolAid)
