I don't know, when the guy at a BBQ restaurant introduced himself as "chef de cuisine"... he lost me.
The product looked good, but I live in the sticks of Pennsylvania and would have no idea where to get Malaysian pepper or 3/4 of the other stuff he uses.

very interesting but IMO that ain't bbq. I guess all I can say is "where's the BEEF". I guess I have just lived in the midwest to long to eat any Fatty Cue, but it is very interesting.
