Virtual Weber Smoker Site

Chris Allingham runs a very good site with a lot of information on the Weber smoker, equipment, recipes and techniques. The participants in their forum (I see some of the same folks here on that site too...) are very nice and very informative too.

I am also putting together my own site too...but it is a work in progress: BBQ Smythe's
