I'm about 12 hours into cooking butts and somebody called me would like 4 more. Is it ok if the smoker runs for 30 plus hours straight? Thanks for your help in advance!

Sure, I have run it for several days straight and no problems. I am making prime rib now and it is snowing here!

Did a three day (72 hour) cook getting ready for a big tailgater, just pour the pellets in and pour out the grease once in awhile.
