FEC 500 Questions

Hi, I saw one the prototype last November, but at that time there seemed so little chance of ever getting one I didn't really look at it. Now I'd really like a cooker that size and have a few questions:

1. Is it a rotisserie?

2. How big are the shelves?

3. Can I do a pig in it?

4. What are the dimensions?

5. Does Cookshack make trailers with spaces for Igloo coolers, canopies, etc? If not, do they recommend a custom fabricator? I'd also like sinks on the trailer.

6. Is it NSF and UL approved, or in the process of becoming those things?

My FEC-100's are Steady Eddies that I can always count on, the company is first rate with fantastic customer service, and the food that comes off the cooker is unbeatable. If I get a bigger cooker, I'd definitely like to stay within the FE / Cookshack family.

Cookshack isn't in the trailer business,and doubt they ever will be.

I believe the 500 is in the process for NSF & UL.

I'd guess John in sales could answer the other questions.

Eddy may have one at a show this week.
