hey we have a fec-750 on trailer on the way.the unit ships in 2 pieces.just wondering if any one has the unit? any pics? and how was it to install the unit on the trailer?

were going to use it at a couple of farmers markets.our first weekend at the market we got invited to do another one a town over at a brand new facility thats due to open in july.we had originally ordered a fec-300. because we thought it would handle one market but after thinking about it and talking to john at cookshack
having the 750 gives us the ability to handle both and room to grow.
