I hope you got a PM that helped as there aren't any replies here yet. The best thing to do is contact Tony or Bill @ Cookshack on Monday. If you need more urgent input, I'd post your problem here and not limit responses from just 750 owners which I bet are a minority of FEC owners. The units are similar and someone may have a helpful suggestion. Good Luck! And let us know how things turn out.

What issues are you having?
I would make sure you have FE's or Stuart's # for emergency.
Contact Stuart and ask him how you can get after hour help. It happens sometimes. I just saw this today.
