How many racks of St. Louis style ribs fit on the rib racks made for the FEC100 and do they slide in to the rack that the shelves do or do they sit on the shelves?
Anyone have a pics of them loaded in the smoker?

You can fit ten racks of ribs into each of the rib racks sold by CS. And yes, the racks slide into the same slots as the regular racks slide into.

Each FE100 rib rack holds ten racks of ribs. I tried to post a picture of mine with the rib racks in, but as usual, no luck.
