How do I go about upgrading my firmware on my FEC100?

And you have to send your controller in to Cookshack to get get new firmware...

Ah - thanks - thought I was going crazy

I guess I posted in wrong forum somehow.
That seems crazy - perhaps I will call and see if they will send me a new one and then once I get it I can send in my old one?
