I have had my cookshack for several years, but never used this forum. It is pretty cool to hear all the different ideas and recipes people have out there.
I made my first brisket using the cook shack this weekend and I have to admit it was the best I have ever made!! It was tender, juicy and the smoke flavor was perfect.
