Entered my first comp this weekend. Electra Tx BBQ Goat Cookoff. It was LSBS rules. I think I heard them announce that there were 73 teams, Got eighth in chicken.

Surprised me. I don't even like chicken.

I think I may wait until I retire before doing any more this. I hurt in places I didn't know I had, and it'll take a week of work to recover.
