First Firing pics

Here are a couple of pics of the first firing of the fec-100.
Please ignore the burgers, they were simply put there to help with seasoning....they fed the neighbors dog after but the chicken hit the plate with beans, salad and corn on the cob.
I cooked the chicken at 350Âº which it climbed to in no time.
