We took first in ribs Saturday at the Apex NC Peak City Pig Fest. There were 30 teams and it was cooked on the my FEC 500.

Thanks everyone. Now I just have to get the brisket and pork down. Our chicken is doing fine. We tried something different with the chicken and should not have tinkered.
We just have to get the right sauce for the pork and then improve our brisket. One step at a time.
