As usual my 25 continues to impress me. I smoked this pork shoulder yesterday and it was tasty. I've become kind of obsessed with my Cookshack, using it ~ 4 times a week, mostly for Brisket. Anyway, I was recently in Fort Lauderdale at Coconuts, one of my favorite restaurants having a Pulled Pork sandwich. It was so good that couldn't contain my belief that they use a Cookshack smoker, so I had to ask. Sure enough Coconuts uses a Cookshack smoker
