After a 20 hr cook my first two 7.5 lb butts were removed, foiled and set to rest.

On a scale of 1-10 I'd say a solid 7. They were cooked perfectly with a nice bark. and easy to pull. I just need more smoke and a better rub.

What a great start Tony. hope you kept good notes that'll allow you to make tiny modifications with the next cooks that'll push you to an 8 or a 10. Don't forget you can add rub after it's been pulled.. even a different type to see how the flavor changes.
