Hello all...

Did my first load of spare ribs in my Smokette.

Rubbed them with Deli mustard then with 1/2 Rib and 1/2 Chicken rubs from Cookshack.
Put them in for 2 1/2 hours at 225 with 2 oz of apple chips.
Wrapped them in foil for another hour.

Took them out, basted them with Cookshack sauce and put them in the oven at 425 for 10-15 min to crisp them up.

They were great !

Mild smoke flavor.
Just starting to fall off the bone.
The family loved them.

I only left them for 2 1/2 hours before putting them in foil because I was running late. Would have liked to have left them 3 hours but there's always next time !
