So Tab, did you cook according to your plan or make some changes? How much wood did you use and what kind? How long did it take to cook your ribs?

SmokinMAIEiac, I used about 3 oz of Pecan only, Cooked for 5.5 hours at 200. I rubbed them down the night before. Bigpapam109 said He only rub's them down 1/2 hour before cooking. I will try that next time. My rib's just a tiny bit on the dry side. I'll see if no over night soak fixes that.
