Well i soaked a brisket all night in Head Country and rubbed her down. My wife put her on at noon and I just got home from work and shes sitting at 161 degrees , at 225 on smoker and 3.5 lb. cut (a small one because thats what my wife used to or I mean likes!) About how much longer do you guys think? I'm pacing here! It smells so goood!
