Try 4 hours on 225* if the Smokette aint near full. If it is stuffed full, might be closer to 5 hours, even at 250*.

Rub 'em good the night before and put in fridge.

Mop 'em up real good, preheat the smoker and burn off some dirty smoke, put them in, don't open the door until they are done, take them out and mop 'em real good again, serve.
In all your excitement don't forget to.......season the cooker,foil the bottom of the smoker, foil the top of the wood box and pleeeeeeeeze don't forget the drip pan.

Oh' and don't forget to poke a hole in the bottom foil for the drippin's to escape to the drip pan.
