Is it ok to place a lining of foil or butcher paper in the turn in box for FBA contests?

The reason I asked was, I saw a TV show. I think it was Douglasville GA. They were all lining the boxes with foil, but I didn't see garnish at all. I thought maybe I missed something in the rules.
