Ribdog, my name is Steve Wilson. I live in Taiwan ( work part time as a scout for the Phillies ) and I'll be in Clearwater, Florida from March 12th to the 20th for spring training. Tom mentioned on the open forum that your team will be cooking there on the 19th and 20th. I'd love to have the chance to come by and say hello if that's OK. Could you give me some of the details on what times your team will be cooking, where, etc.

Hi Steve.

The FireHouseBBQ team will be cooking for a charity event in Clearwater on Sunday, March 20. It will be at Bright House Network Stadium in Clearwater at 601 N. Coachman Rd. We will be located on the south side of the stadium towards the east end in the loading dock area. We should get there somewhere around 830 in the morning and will probably be there until 930 that night.

We would love to have you come out and visit.

BTW, the charity event is the Legends of Baseball game that has many MLB alumni including six Hall of Famers and many other celebrities and such. The event benefits both All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg and Major League Baseball Alumni Association.
