For those of you that still smoke in sub-freezing temperatures, do the birds a favor. That pile of rendered fat that has congealed in the pan under your smoker is "suet" and the birds and other critters love it. Especialy with the cold weather & snow making it difficult for them to find food. Also, it's a good way to get rid of that stuff.
