Free FL or GA Labor

I'm going to be getting into the BBQ take-out business in a few months and would like to shadow a BBQ team at a local (FL or GA) contest or festival.

Here is the list of Fla BBQ Assoc. teams that will accept judges working with them, to gain experience.

If no one chimes in,you might contact one of these near you.

Joby[The Dixie Boys] in Ocala,is the President and most likely able to help you.

FBA will have contests in FL and GA.
