I think all that's left is Gruden. I've been tuning up the 3 big screens, realigned the direct tv, washed my silver and black shirts, training camp is a lot of work!

How about the time and temp Bill? Did use a rub on them? Were they moist?

I put some mccormicks citrus seasoning on them before smoking, put in for about a hour at 225 then quickly finished to a crisp on the grill. Watch the grill part, if you turn around they will burn.
I prefer the smaller ones from Vietcong land. Seem to be sweeter.
Used to gig them with my Mom whne growing up on the farm, we had dinner plate sized bulls there.

Sorry Bill, but the New England Patriots will be repeating again this year.

There's a story around this family from 70 years back. Out at the old hunting camp near Umatilla, they gigged some frogs, skinned them, removed the legs. My grandmother tossed the legs into a pan of hot grease.
The legs hopped out.
My grandmother screamed.

End of story......
