Depends on a lot of things.... If it was a butt and you were going to take it to 190 and above, it wouldn't take much longer than unfrozen.
Depends on how rare you want it but a rough guess would be 3 hours to get it to MR.
I would try to get a temp probe into it as soon as possible.

What is the take on putting frozen meat in the smoker? Does it work out okay? All the meat I got had to be frozen cause my schedule at work changed and made it impossible to get it done quickly.
I never do it. One, I think it's just a food safety concern. I don't think the smoke penetrates well and it's worthless to put any rub on a frozen butt.
But hey, that's just me.
It's more of an emergency only, but if I'm that much of a hurry, I'll buy a fresh one.

That's what I figured. Costco must be pretty anal about their meat. Packaged 6-20, sell by 6-23. I'll let it thaw in the fridge as needed. Thanks mate.
