This is fun! 4 full St Louis and 2 full baby back ribs into the CS50. I thought these turned out real nice for a novice. This is my first time cutting and cooking St. Louis or KC style ribs (I removed the skirt steak so KC?). Both types where bought on sale at our local Fry's market, I belive 1.99/lb. The baby backs where 2-3 lbs and the ?KC were around 4 after trimming. The bb took a back seat to the big guys, but both where mighty tasty.
