Yep, and if you have a car in the garage keep the windows down, that smoke smell will travel around with you. Big Grin It's actually not bad, a day or two later the smell is gone.

I do all my smoking in the garage. I have a door on the front and back so I always have airflow. I usually leave the back door open and let her go, in fact I just put on a 12LB packer before sitting down in front of the computer.
From a safety standpoint, there is no issue (just use common sense) BUT...

The smoke will travel up and the same smoke that seasons your smoker will season your garage Big Grin

You have to create an airflow that allows the smoke to go out of the garage. Set it near a door or open the garage door when smoking and use a fan to blow air away.
