So far the “Chicks In The Sack” went over great.
Now, it's time to try “Butts In A Bag”.

Got some Red Poly Ham Sacks. Not happy with the presentation, but we will see if they do the job.
I think they're UGLY.



Crowned and rubbed with Big Ron's Hint of Houston.



The one on the left is bone-in for Pulled Pork and I deboned the one on the right for sliced.
That's still an UGLY Bag.



Got the FEC-100 humming along at 224F for 4 hours, then I'm gonna kick it up to 275F to finish.

The bark is unbelievable. So if you like bark, you owe it to yourself to give this a try.
They are resting right now, getting ready for the slice and the pull.
