Well................ not me personally. Beef ribs used to be a Texas "thing" and Texans traditionally use Post Oak, Mesquite or Pecan for BBQ beef (anything) I tend to use Cherry wood for chicken or pork ribs. But hey...whatever floats your boat is fine. Give it a try and let us know what your consensus was.
