Does anyone know what grade of stainless steel the PG500 is made of ?

I believe it's 304 Stainless steel.
I don’t think the whole grill is 304. I emailed Cookshack and got no/zero response.
Percy some parts are 300 series and some are 400 series stainless.
The 400 is what bothers me it won’t hold up to salt air
If CS would specify the parts made of 400 series, there might not be such a strong concern. I suspect those are the exterior parts needed to have a shiny finish. I have had my SM-066 for about 5 years in a salt environment (NJ shore) with no sign of corrosion or rust. I'm assuming the SS usage is about the same as in the PG.
Percy I got with our engineer and the majority of the parts are 430 stainless. The flame deflector is 201 and the Drain trough, air plenum bracket and the probe bracket are 304.
