Yet one more great cooking class put on by Cookshack. Eddy and Paul as always were on their game, giving absolutely great information for the competitor, backyard cooker and restaurant proprietor as well.

Thanks to Eddy, Paul and Russ for the information. The Cookshack staff: Stuart, Cayley, Heather, Terri, John, Bill and the entire staff were great host and made this class again the premier class in the BBQ world.

It was great to meet so many new friends. Hope to see many of you on the BBQ Trail.

Very impressive class! I learned a lot. I am especially glad that I finally learned what the "deckle" was and how to cut it off the brisket so the "flat" is more uniform in thickness. I too will be getting a new FEC 100. I wasn't quick enough to get one of the used ones. And I was not quick enough to get the ones in storage. MY 100 will be built especially for ME! You will make sure there are no "malfunctions"....right Stuart? Wink

Smokie Okie I want to thank you for taking the time to explain the difference between the 100 and my 009. Your information help me make the "PLUNGE".
