Well. We were planning on having Salmon tonight so I took Tom and Yardner's advise and went to the 3 men recipe of soy sauce and white wine brine. The salmon is currently in the brine.

Will let you know how it turns out. Going shopping for turkey legs and jerky meat today.

Still smoking with one arm (rotator cuff surgery), but nothing can stop me. Smiler
